What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Check whether an organization name must be entered during ordering. Keep a clear link between the document and the specific order if you make repeated purchases.

How can I decide whether an optional addition is useful?

Ask whether the product meets your needs without the addition. Ask for clarification when the benefit is described only in broad language.

How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?

Keep the wording specific rather than simply saying everything is wrong. Let the evidence guide the discussion instead of an assumed explanation.
